Returns & Refunds

We provide returns and replacement  of products within 14 days of purchase.

If you are not happy with any of our products, due to any reason, you can return it back to us up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
Just take care of the following:

  • Keep the product in original condition as received.
  • It should not have been used by you.
  • Retain the original invoice sent to you with the product.
  • Courier us the product back in the same original packaging as received within 14 days of purchase.
  • We do not provide reverse shipment facility. You have to courier it back to us at your cost.

What options do you have when you return:
  • Amount Refund – If Prepaid order, we will repay your entire invoice amount via banking channels & if COD order, we will provide you Krishna Mobi store credit equivalent to your invoice amount valid for 6 months.
  • ReplacementWe will replace with a new similar product subject to availability of the item.
    (NOTE: You need to self ship the product in case of return or replacement, as we do not have reverse pick up facility.)
  • Store CreditIf you wish you can get an equivalent amount credited in your account, which you can re-use for your future purchases.
What is the minimum value of returns?

No minimum value…. !

By using/ buying products on Krishna, the user hereby agrees to have covenant with our Terms and Conditions including but not limited to these Refund Policies.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same within 14 days maximum.
  • In case of COD order, refunds will be issued through Store credits only. Under no circumstances refund will be issued in cash.
When are returns not acceptable?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

  • Return request is made after 14 days from the date of original invoice.
  • Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging.
Can I cancel my order after making a payment?

Yes. For any cancellation, you need to call on +965 949 49026 or send an e-mail to However, an order can be cancelled only before it is shipped out.

If I have cancelled my order, how shall I get the refund?

The transfer shall be initiated through online bank transfer. Since the same is third-party system dependent, a refund takes up to 14 working days. We request your patience during this period.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please accept the product from the courier and call on +965 949 49026 immediately. Depending on your preference, we will either replace the product or process a refund.

What is the Return Process?
  • Call us here +965 949 49026 or mail us at support and register you’re complain to return the product.
  • Pack the product in the same original packing safely, so that it is completely tamper-proof.
  • Send the courier to the below-mentioned address:Souq Al Hareem, near old Bahrain Hotel, Mubarkiya, Kuwait City
  • Call us and register the waybill number of the courier which you have sent to us so that we can also track your courier.
  • We will replace the product and send a new one within the next 7 – 10 working days/ issue a cheque for the paid amount in the next 10 working days.
